DAY 7

Jackson, Wyoming to Jenny Lake, Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming
Woopwoopwoopwoopwoop. We made it. Our first destination, our first national park, Grand Teton.

To get there was rode along a dedicated bike path from Jackson, past the National Elk Refuge (nothing to be seen), and as we were cruising along the clouds parted and Luke said something like "nyo my gawd", to which Ada replied something like "oh my god": the clouds ahead had parted and we had our first glimpse of the incredible mountain range.

Once there, we enjoyed a walk around the lake and a general relax, getting into the swing of camping in zero degree wheather, which thankfully was no problem as our sleeping bags/mats are awesome.

We also met our first two cycle-tourists, a Dutchman riding the Great Dividing Range from Canada to Mexico off-road, and a 60-something American lady taking it easy on her recumbent.
